MEDITERRANEAN SALAD - AMANIDA MEDITERRÀNIA - ENSALADA MEDITERRANIA
LEVEL: Easy
COOK TIME: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 cucumber
1 aubergine
1 onion
3 tomatoes
20 black olives
2 eggs
6 tablespoons of olive oil
Tune
Salt and pepper
METHOD:
1. First, heat the frying pan with a little olive oil and fry the aubergine slices.
2. Then, boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
3. Later, put the ingredients in the bowl.
4. Then mix the salad.
5. After, that peel the eggs.
6. Then, cut the eggs and add them in the salad.
7. And finally, add oil, salt and pepper.
